Pay $145.00 and receive Basic Leasing Rights to all Instrumentals

Pay $250.00 for Exclusive Leasing Rights to all Instrumentals

Basic: You will receive a MP3 file of the instrumental. The file will be delivered digitally via the internet. Leasing rights allow you to use the instrumental for ONE commercial recording or broadcast per instrumental. This recording can then be distributed at this price for up to 2,200 copies. Selling more than 2,200 copies means you must acquire the instrumentals again as new lease at the listed price. You may also use the instrumental for non-profit promotional use or demos. "You may not re-lease or sell these instrumentals. In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the instrumentals you have leased, your rights shall stand and the instrumental is still yours to use. The seller will not receive a royalty from the sale of records or downloads. You must however give full credit to the seller (Instrumentals by Oshal High with Lamb and Lion Productions) on all commercial recordings. After purchasing leasing rights, the seller still owns the instrumentals and the seller is able to re-lease or sell the instrumentals to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased.
